Hendrick's Gin is crafted in small batches of 500 liters at a time, giving the master distiller greater control over the quality. The gin is distilled using two different methods: a Bennett still, which steeps the botanicals in neutral spirit overnight before distillation, and a Carter-Head still, which suspends the botanicals in a basket above the spirit during distillation.
What truly sets Hendrick's apart is the infusion of rose petals and cucumber after distillation, creating its distinctive flavor profile. The result is a gin with bright, floral notes balanced by the cool, crisp character of cucumber. Hendrick's is best enjoyed in a G&T garnished with cucumber rather than the traditional lime.
